What if the phone lines are busy and I need to make an appointment?
We are sorry we missed you! If you are not able to get through via phone, this means that our staff is helping patients. You may book an appointment through are online book services (click here) or try calling back later!
Are you accepting new patients?
Unfortunately our doctors are not accepting patients at this time. Please refer to the Find a family Doctor Program. Alternatively, you could try asking family and friends to check with their doctors.
I need a prescription refill - can my doctor call the pharmacy?
All prescriptions, regardless of how long you have been taking the medication, require you to make an appointment to speak with your doctor.
I completed testing (bloodwork, imaging, etc.) - how do I get my results?
Our MOAs do not give results over the phone. Please book an appointment with your doctor to review the results.
How do I use the online booking system?

You will be promoted to make an account or sign in using an existing account

After creating an account, you will have access to a list of different appointment reasonings. Request to book the appropriate type and select the day and time that works for you! **Please note, you must book at least 4 days advance. Please ensure you are booking with your doctor.

Once requested, an MOA will review the requested appointment and email you a confirmation.

Please note, the appointment may be adjusted +/- 20 minutes. You will be notified of this change in the confirmation email. If this does not work for you, please feel free to reschedule your appointment for another time or day that does!​ You will also be given the option of including a window of time that works best for you.

Where can I get a copy of my or my child's vaccination record?

Check your home for a paper record of vaccination. Try looking through baby books or other saved documents. In BC, childhood vaccines are most often recorded in the Child Health Passport.

Check with your local health unit if you were vaccinated at the health unit or in school.

Check with your doctor if you were vaccinated at your doctor's office.

Check with your pharmacist if you were vaccinated at your local pharmacy.

Check with your community health nurse if you were vaccinated in a First Nations community.
