Due to unforeseen circumstances Dr. Perri will be away from the office till October 30, 2024. There is no other doctor covering for her during this time. If you are in need of medical assistance please proceed to Urgent Primary Care Centre or the ER. 

The office will be closed November 11, 2024 for Remembrance Day. Regular office hours will resume November 12, 2024.

Please note, our doctors do NOT order laboratory tests on behalf of Naturopaths. Naturopaths are able to request private laboratory services for their patients. Furthermore, patients who would like any of their medical records to be shared with their naturopath are required to pay a $50 administrative fee.

The walk-in is permanently closed and we are NOT accepting new family patients. Please direct any urgent matters to the Urgent & Primary Care Centre or your nearest emergency room.
 
We require 24 hours (1 business day) notice for appointment cancellations. There is a $50 fee for a missed appointment or an appointment cancelled at short notice. PLEASE NOTE: THIS APPLIES TO TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS AS WELL. Patients who repeatedly miss appointments will be discharged form the practice. More on the Cancellation & No-Show Policy here.

Reminder: Please book prescription refills 2 weeks in advance. ALL prescription refills require a telephone appointment with your doctor.
